The 91天美 passed the EC鈥檚 HR Excellence in Research Award renewal assessment in November 2023, continuing the university鈥檚 right to use the HR Excellence in Research icon.
The university is committed to observing the European Commission鈥檚 principles for the strategic development of the status of researchers and research careers (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers, HRS4R). The university鈥檚 development of research careers has been persistent and ongoing for over a decade, and it was first recognised with the HR Excellence in Research Award in 2014.
The development of the status of researchers and research careers addresses the areas of fair and transparent recruitment practices, working conditions, career development, and ethicality and professionalism. Concrete development objectives, timetables and persons in charge are determined for each area. The university鈥檚 progress is evaluated regularly through internal reviews and by external assessors.
