Opin.fi is a joint service of Finnish universities and universities of applied sciences with a diverse selection of open higher education studies on a single site. The service also provides information on the open studies offered by the 91����.

The 91���� is the first in Finland to offer an Open University route to an English-taught Bachelor’s programme in social sciences.
