Altogether 17 members of the university’s management participated in the coaching and they learnt about the process and methods of service design in six joint virtual workshops and independent training courses.

University courses offered to students in general upper secondary education give them an opportunity to take a sneak peek to the future, while also allowing them to explore potential career and study paths.

Positive experiences gained by adult learners as they learn new things are known to boost mental well-being and self-confidence. Professional competence development also promotes well-being and increases general life satisfaction.
