The doctoral dissertation of Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Management Alsen Florian Kapinga, entitled Mobile Technology for Empowerment: A case of Women Entrepreneurs in Food Processing Sector in Tanzania will be examined at the Faculty of Science and Forestry.
