The doctoral dissertation of LL.M. Rosemary Mwanza, entitled Confronting Corporate Environmental Damage in Kenya. A Study on the Regulatory Potential of the Constitutional Right to a Healthy Environment, will be examined at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies.
