The doctoral dissertation of Evangelos Thiani, MDiv, entitled Transformative Philanthropic-diakonia of the African Orthodox Church of Kenya will be examined at the Philosophical Faculty. The Opponent in the public examination will be Docent, Head of Research Mika Vähäkangas of the Åbo Akademi, and the Custos will be Professor Pekka Metso of the 91.
